The only place to book connecting hotel rooms and suites. Here's how.

There’s nothing like the twinkling bright lights that engulf New York for the holidays. It’s a great city to countdown for the New Year with your friends or family. However, planning a group holiday to NYC for groups and families can be challenging. Especially due to the tight real estate space of the city.

One of the biggest concerns of traveling in a group is staying together. Most groups and families prefer booking entire homes or apartments using a vacation rental service because it provides a lot of space and privacy.  And because of the real estate in New York, you can never really be sure of what you’ll get with apartment rentals. For one, photos can be very deceiving. The square-footage could be all wrong to comfortably house your group. Therefore, you may have to split up. Plus, there’s little glamor in the old, outdated construction of most NYC apartments. Not to mention plumbing issues and cleaning fees.

What we found from families we have spoken to, is that most are unaware that they don’t have to resort to vacation rentals for nice stays. You can still get the space and privacy you deserve. With Suiteness’ website, you can find suites with one or two bedrooms for all members of your family. These suites are either next to each other and separated by a door, or have attached rooms. And it isn’t drastically more expensive than some luxury apartments or vacation rentals. If you’re looking for an alternative to Airbnb in NYC or would prefer the safety, services, and amenities of a hotel stay but need the space and privacy, here are a list of New York suites that you could consider.
