We are working hard to ensure each of our customers are healthy and taken care of in light of this pandemic. Many with current reservations have reached out to our customer support concierge team who has been working around the clock to ensure they get back to each of you to answer any questions or concerns.
Every city is different and hotels are handling the situation according to where they are located. In more affected areas they have made cancellation or rebooking more flexible. If you are traveling between now and April 20th, 2020 most hotels are offering free cancellation. Please reach out to [email protected] to inquire about your specific reservation or travel concerns.

Are on “shelter at home” or “safe at home” protocols.
Nevada has shut down its casinos until at least April 20, 2020.
Chicago is issuing a “shelter in place” protocol.
If you are in a hotel in a city that has a “shelter at home” order, hotels are permitted to stay open and you will be allowed to stay. Contact the front desk for more details.
