In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay. You are advised to bring your own vehicle as this property is not serviced by public transport. A damage deposit of USD 150 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. Please Note: Guests must be at least 21 years of age with a valid credit card and official identification to book. Please Note: Smoking is not allowed on the premises.
