The Mt Desert Suite is on the second floor of the Suites Building. The room sleeps up to 4 people in 2 rooms on 1 queen and 2 twin beds. The twin beds can be joined to form 1 king with advance request. There is a sitting area in the Twin room which opens onto a pleasant deck/entrance overlooking gardens and grounds. The bath features a single whirlpool bath/shower. It does not have a kitchen but does have a refrigerator, microwave, and a coffee maker. Winter rates (November to early March) do not include housekeeping or breakfast.

Mira Monte Inn & Suites

Located just 4 miles from Acadia National Park, Mira Monte Inn & Suites offers free Wi-Fi. Downtown Bar Harbor shopping, dining and the waterfront are a 5-minute walk. The Mira Monte Inn and Suites boasts rooms decorated in a Victorian-era theme with pastel colors and floral prints. Each room includes a private bath and some rooms and suites have a private balcony or porch, and fireplace. They also have a flat-screen TV and DVD player. The Mira Monte Inn & Suites also serves afternoon snacks. It offers a garden area and reading room.
