Situated on the banks of Lake DeSoto in Hot Springs Village, this apartment property offers accommodations with a kitchen and wired internet. Hot Springs National Park is 15 miles from Hot Springs Los Lagos. Magic Springs amusement park is within 20 minutes’ drive. Resort is located in a guarded and gated, private community. Rental guests cannot authorize other guests to enter the Village so all rental guests need accommodations in their proper names. Please contact the resort the day of the arrival to obtain lockbox code and instructions as resort is 100% contactless. No smoking in units, no pets are allowed and the resort does not allow parking for boats, RVs, or trailers. Fines/fees and towing charges may apply. From Security, travel two miles and turn left onto Los Lagos Drive, go past empty guard station and follows signs to Check-in/Clubhouse. Check in time is no earlier than 4:00 PM and check out is no later than 10:00 AM. All guests must comply with noise ordinance and there will be fines/fees for excessively dirty units and damages.
