Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. After booking, the property will email guests PayPal information. A 50% deposit is required within 24 hours of booking in order to reserve your reservation. This payment can be made using Paypal or bank transfer. The remaining 50% should be paid upon arrival using Paypal or cash. This property has no front desk. Guest will receive a lock box code to enter the property after payment is received. The credit card CVC code is needed at the time of booking to charge the credit card. There is a German Shepherd on property. If needed, the dog can be restricted to a separate area. Please note in special requests.
