The North Forty Resort will charge a deposit equal to 50% of the total balance (excluding tax) at the time of booking. The North Forty Resort has a 14-day cancellation policy. Reservations that are cancelled within 14 days of the guest's arrival date will forfeit the deposit. Reservations cancelled prior to 14 days of the guest's arrival date will receive a full refund of the deposit.
