The nearest airport is Sarasota Bradenton International Airport, 18 km from the accommodation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform Sea Club II by Beachside Management in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of USD 500 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. The check-in address is: 5700 Midnight Pass Road, Suite #2. Guests arriving after 18:00 must contact the property prior to arrival for check-in instructions. Parking for one vehicle only. Bike rentals are located at two different off site locations, 3 hours at a time from 9am- 5pm.
