Cottages by the Ocean is a community of studio and one-bedroom cottages just two blocks from the beach. All have patios with BBQ facilities and views of the lush gardens. Cottages at Cottages by the Ocean have fully equipped kitchens and furnished seating and dining areas. Free Wi-Fi and cable TV are also available. A variety of amenities are provided for guests at Cottages by the Ocean, including bed and bath linens and beach towels, chairs, and toys. The Cottages by the Ocean community is 15 minutes north of Fort Lauderdale, and 15 minutes south of Boca Raton. The nearby beach has lifeguards, as well as picnic and play areas. Pompano Beach has many restaurants and shops that are only a short walk away from Cottages by the Ocean. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform Cottages by the Ocean in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of USD 500 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. You must show a valid photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all special requests cannot be guaranteed and are subject to availability upon check-in. Additional charges may apply. Please note, upon booking guests will receive an email from the hotel with a credit card authorization form. Please note that will be a USD 500.00 security hold placed on guests' credit card on the day of arrival.
