A damage deposit of USD 150 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Guests under the age of 21 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Pets must weigh 25 pounds or less. The property charges a package handling fee of USD 10 per package.
