You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Children under 16 years stay free of charge when using existing beds, within the maximum room occupancy restrictions. An extra person fee of $25.00 is charged per person per night plus tax when using existing beds, within the maximum room occupancy restrictions. The fee applies to all guests aged 16 and older. Please note the credit card used for booking must match the name on the reservation and be presented for payment at check-in. The cardholder must be present at check-in with his or her government-issued photo ID. All guests must show a photo ID. Please note that prepaid credit cards and gift cards are not accepted as a method of payment. Please note that guests must be 18 years of age or older to check in without a parent or official guardian. For guests under the age of 18, the guardian must be staying in the room.
