The property bills any guest violating these policies USD 150.00 for clean-up costs and may be asked to vacate the premises. Please note that any actions that result in additional cleaning for the property will incur a fee. The property bills guests a USD 45.00 lost key charge for any missing keys. Pool/beach towels, beach chairs, umbrellas and bath robes are provided for guests in each room and must be returned to the room(s) at check-out. Full retail replacement value will be charged to the credit card on file for each missing item. The photo ID presented at check-in must match the name of the registered guest. Please note that items taken from the en suite minibar will be deducted from the incidental deposit.
