We love traveling to Mexico, and one of our favorite location is Puerto Vallarta. Puerto Vallarta is a beautiful coastal city located on the Pacific coast of Mexico. Known for its stunning beaches, vibrant nightlife, and rich cultural heritage, Puerto Vallarta is a popular destination for tourists from all over the world. However, there are also plenty of things to do for locals who call Puerto Vallarta and the surrounding area home. We have put together some of our favorite activities for you to enjoy on your next trip!


Explore the Sierra Madre Mountains

The Sierra Madre Mountains are located just a short distance from Puerto Vallarta, and they offer a wide range of outdoor activities for locals to enjoy. Hiking, biking, and zip-lining are all popular options, and there are plenty of tour operators in town that offer guided excursions into the mountains.
