Just 35 minutes from the center of Philidelphia and the Delaware River, Mount Laurel is the perfect suburban retreat near the border Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Spend the day hiking by the Rancocas River in Rancocas State Park or head to Laurel Acres Park for some quiet time or fishing along the creek running through the center of the park. If you're traveling with children, take them to The Funplex for some go-karting and bowling, or see the animals up close at the Paws Farm Nature Center, just a few minutes from the center of town. Golf lovers can also get up early to play a round at the Ramblewood Country Club.
