History and art abound in Dover, Delaware's capital city. First, make sure to visit the Air Mobility Command Museum, one of the finest flight museums in the country, which sports a large collection of World War II-era fighter planes. If you're looking for a more traditional art museum, the Biggs Museum of American Art showcases collections from local artists. Dover itself is something of a museum itself, with the Legislative Hall Delaware's Capital building, First State Heritage Park, and The Old State House all located downtown.
