Old Saybrook suites & connecting rooms
Old Saybrook has 24 bookable suites across 4 hotels, including 0 connecting rooms.
Connecting rooms are not a room type a hotel can create on demand: the door either exists between two specific rooms or it does not. That is why the count above matters more than a star rating, and why we book the pair together rather than two rooms and a request at the desk.

How connecting rooms work →Old Saybrook questions
Which Old Saybrook hotels have connecting rooms?
We have no confirmed connecting rooms in Old Saybrook today, but its suites are still there to search and book.
Are resort fees included in the price shown?
The nightly rate excludes them; the total at checkout includes every fee before you enter a card. On a connecting pair you pay the fee on both rooms, which we show as one line rather than as a surprise at the desk.
Can I book two rooms and just ask for a connecting door?
You can ask, and the desk will note it, but a request is not a reservation — the door is assigned at check-in and given away first when the hotel is full. Booking a confirmed pair is the difference between a preference and a guarantee.
What is the difference between connecting and adjoining rooms?
Connecting rooms share a private interior door, so you move between them without entering the corridor. Adjoining rooms are merely next to each other. Hotels use the words interchangeably; we do not, and every listing says which one you are getting.
