Donner Lake Village

Donner Lake Village has 21 suites in 21 layouts, sleeping up to 10.

Featuring a private beach with boat slips and an on-site marina in summer, this Truckee hotel is in close proximity to plenty of spots for hiking and skiing. Free WiFi is provided. A TV with cable channels and a seating area are provided in each room at Donner Lake Village. Most of our rooms have a kitchen or kitchenette. Rooms without a kitchenette will have a microwave and mini-fridge. After getting back from hiking or skiing, guests’ of the Donner Lake Village can wind down in the on-site sauna. Laundry facilities and free parking are also provided at the hotel. Donner Peak is just 4 km away from the Donner Lake Village. Historic Downtown Truckee is 8 minutes’ drive from Donner Lake Village. Lake Tahoe is 30 km away. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Certain services and amenities may be reduced or unavailable as a result. The units do not have air conditioning; however, box fans are available upon request. The docks available on a first come, first serve basis. Registration, Insurance, and a dockage fee per night are required at the time of check-in should a slip be available. Additional limited parking across the street is available for excess trailers. The marina next door has seasonal rentals available for water activities. Please note: Check-in time is 16:00. Please note that during high occupancy times such as weekends, holidays and special events check-in time may be 17:00. Sister property is open 24/7 to assist with any late check-ins. Front desk will contact guests by phone or email with check-in instructions before leaving for the day. Front desk will be open later during those high occupancy times. Many room types are located on the ground floor and upper level. Room requests are not guaranteed and must be requested in advance of the guests arrival. Please note a lift is not offered at the property.
