The neighborhoods within Houston are as diverse as its residents and visitors. They include an eclectic mix of ethnic, historic, business and cultural enclaves that provides an unprecedented richness to the city. A few of the many notable examples are highlighted below:

  • Greenspoint

A major business district situated on a 12-square-mile parcel in Houston, Greenspoint offers diversified amenities that make it appealing to investors traveling as a group to Houston. In addition to local, state and federal government representation, Greenspoint is a major hub for logistics companies and those businesses that support them. Nearby homes, educational institutions and parks offer opportunities for residents. 

  • Spring Branch

Easily reached by Interstate 10, the 610 Loop and Beltway 8, the neighborhood of Spring Branch contains numerous distinct communities. Spring Lake -- a pond that served as the inspiration for the neighborhood's name -- is situated near its center and several minor bayous traverse through it providing recreational opportunities. Spring Branch boasts significant Hispanic American and Korean American communities. A campus of the Northwest College, the Spring Branch Center, is located in the neighborhood. 

  • Binz

Colloquially known as the "Museum District" of Houston, Binz is home to 19 cultural centers, museums, galleries and other community organizations that focus on delivering culture, art, history and science. Hosting more than 8.7 million visitors every year, Binz is the ideal spot for families, vacationers and other groups who travel to Houston to spend time. People who want to visit the Museum District can enjoy quick access via US Route 59, Main Street or State Highway 288. It is also served by the city's METRORail system. Hermann Park -- a historic area that spans 445 acres -- contains the Hermann Park Golf Course, Houston Zoo, Miller Outdoor Theatre and more. It's one of the most popular parks in the city.
