The only place to book connecting hotel rooms and suites. Here's how.

What’s a family vacation without the whole family? At home or on the road, some of us make the richest memories alongside our four-legged friends. Whether you’re looking to travel with your pet or are just the kind of human who loves pets, these pet-friendly hotels with special suites, pet menus, and parks for canine visitors are right up your alley.

When you need a special dog suite: Vdara Hotel & Spa, Las Vegas

Treat your pet to the vacation of a lifetime at Vdara Las Vegas. Standard suites do not accommodate pets, but four-legged traveling companions are encouraged to stay with their owners in the Vdog Suite. Bring one dog of up to 70 pounds, or two dogs with a combined weight of 70 pounds.

The moment you arrive at Vdara, your pooch will receive a special treat. Feel free to request a crate or an eco-friendly dog bowl. Take advantage of the walking path at Vdara’s beautiful dog park, which offers 24-hour access for canine guests and their human friends.

Pet-friendly and human-friendly: Andaz Wall Street, New York

Andaz Wall Street‘s pet program delivers an upscale experience for both pets and their owners. To reserve your spot in the pet program, reach out to the hotel’s staff at least three days in advance. You can stay in any of the hotel’s suites with your pet, as long as you provide advance notice. The program is limited to dogs under 50 pounds, although you’re welcome to bring two dogs weighing a combined 75 pounds.

When you and your pet arrive, you’ll receive a plush doggie bed and two bowls. You’ll appreciate the hotel’s proximity to several top parks, like Manhattan Park, which is located just steps from the pet-friendly hotel. It’s a great hangout when you and your dog need a little green in the big city. Otherwise, you can take long, leisurely strolls together at the acclaimed Battery Park, just an eight-minute walk from the hotel.

Love cat cafes? This is for you: The Algonquin Hotel, New York

The Algonquin Cat holds a special place in the hearts of thousands of visitors. The tradition began during the 1920s when a stray cat was seen searching the hotel for food. Two days after the original hotel cat passed away, a stray cat named Rusty arrived to take his place. Rusty received the new name ‘Hamlet’ in honor of hotel resident John Barrymore. Today, Hamlet VIII brings a regal, yet friendly presence to the hotel.

Guests love visiting with Hamlet VIII, but he’s not the only four-legged friend to grace the Algonquin Hotel. The pet-friendly venue encourages visitors to bring their canine companions too. The hotel imposes a weight limit, but the General Manager may approve dogs over 60 pounds on a case-by-case basis (the Suiteness concierge team can help you with that!)

Treat your dog to a quality chef menu: London West Hollywood

Bulldogs Winston and Churchill bring a joyful vibe to London West Hollywood. They greet guests regularly while lounging by the hotel’s rooftop pool or taking leisurely strolls throughout the property. Their favorite spot? The Hampton Court, where guests visit them throughout the day. The canine mascots regularly accompany guests during special events; their appearance fee benefits a Los Angeles animal shelter.

Like Winston and Churchill, dogs accompanying hotel visitors enjoy the head-to-paw pampering they get here. They’re treated to exclusive creations from Winston’s Menu, developed by Executive Chef Anthony Keene. The menu includes peanut butter treats, premium Orijen grain-free kibble, and a chicken-based masterpiece known as ‘The London Pooch.’

To stay with guests in the hotel’s accommodations, dogs must weigh under 30 pounds and be leashed in public areas. They cannot be left unattended, although the hotel’s concierge is happy to arrange for pet sitters or dog walking services.

Don’t pay extra for a family member: Kimpton Hotel Allegro

Pets deliver an affectionate dynamic to the luxurious Kimpton Hotel Allegro in Chicago. The hotel is unique among pet-friendly properties in that it doesn’t restrict pets based on height or weight. That’s right—your St. Bernard or Newfoundland is welcome at the Kimpton Hotel Allegro. Better yet, there’s no need to worry about pet deposits or other special fees. The hotel’s staff members want both you and your canine companion to feel at home. Simply complete a waiver when you check in; you and your dogs will be welcomed with open arms.

While the Kimpton Hotel Allegro does not offer an onsite dog park, it is located within walking distance of multiple parks. Guests and their dogs spend relaxing afternoons at Millennium Park or on the Chicago Riverwalk. Located less than a mile from the hotel, the Lakeshore East Dog Park is a hot spot for vacationers and their energetic dogs.

Pet-friendly hotels allow you to share treasured memories with your best and most loyal friend. There’s no need to leave your pet at home – make sure your next family vacation is with the entire family!
