The only place to book connecting hotel rooms and suites. Here's how.

Suiteness is pleased to announce that it has been voted ‘Top Rated Alternative Distribution Platform‘ in the 2018 Hotel Tech Awards hosted by Hotel Tech Report.

More than a hundred of the hospitality industry’s leading tech companies campaigned to be named the top-rated provider in critical categories of the hotel technology stack. The winners were based on data from hoteliers in more than 40 countries around the world.  “For the first time, hoteliers can reference an unbiased source of information provided by their peers and verified by a 3rd party to help them easily learn about and discover the best technology for their hotels. Hoteliers can often be slow to adopt new technology.  The reality is that they’re slow for a reason–the wrong choice in a vendor can risk both their hotel’s profitability and even their personal career” says Adam Hollander of Hotel Tech Report.

Hotel Tech Awards segmented top technologies into the following categories:

  1. Marketing – technology that attracts new customers
  2. Revenue – technology that optimizes distribution and informs business strategy
  3. Operations – technology that helps hotels run efficiently
  4. Guest Experience – technology that differentiates the guest stay at a hotel

Suiteness was voted top Alternative Distribution Platform under Revenue Management category which included nine other nominations. Suiteness fills a growing gap in the travel market for families and groups that want the space and privacy of a home without having to sacrifice the comforts, security, and amenities of a hotel. By developing a solution where a user can book a connecting suite (a hotel suite that connects to another suite or room) online, the company is offering groups and families a better alternative to staying in someone else’s home. For hotels, Suiteness is an appealing solution because it offers a new way to compete against major homestay companies, like Airbnb, by making it possible for a group to stay together. Hotels already have the right inventory in place to attract these customers, but most of that inventory is paid for only 30% of the time. Reasons include a lack of properly showcasing their best inventory, an outdated reservation system with technical limitations, and inter-departmental turf wars.

“(Suiteness) is innovative in their approach and constantly looking at ways to differentiate themselves in the current over-saturated competitive landscape. They are quick in turning ideas into something tangible and useful for their partners, and (they) actively listen to readily make change when feedback is offered. I wish there was more. We want to work more with this partner and grow our business and hope we can do so as they grow their business. All in due time, I am certain.”, says one Las Vegas-based Director of Sales & Marketing for a large hospitality brand.

Suiteness had also topped the ‘2018 Best Places To Work in Hotel Tech‘ survey conducted by Hotel Tech Report during 2018 Hotel Tech Awards. To read more reviews about Suiteness from real hoteliers, head to Suiteness’ profile on Hotel Tech Report.
